Double Deduction and the consultant hung up on me

I changed my debit day from the 15th to the 30th of the month effective from the month of December. Yesterday on th 01 01 2014 i got a double deduction of the premium from my account. When i called the call center to get an explanation for that double deduction i could'nt get help from Faizel as i needed to understand why didnt they explain the impact if i changed the debit date. Faizel claimed that i am shouting at him and hung up on me and said he'll transfer me to another consultant, i had to wait and wait. im just wondering if im being punished for wanting a clarification of the double deductions. So Disappointed on the service granted. :(. will save up my money somewhere else.
