Hail Damage not fixed

Last year, I logged a complaint, reference : 13078045 wrt hail damage to my house and i only got assisted with one aspect which was my broken window. Since November till now, nothing has been done with regards to my roof and ceiling. What am i paying insurance for? I so tired of all this waiting.
