Indwe and Orica are the worst insurance brokers

I had an accident last year and I claimed from Indwe. The wheel and bumper was damaged. So far, they have only paid for wheel repair and have not paid for bumper repair. I have been talking to Venetia (From orica, assigned by Indwe) since beginning of January and a month later nothing has happened. She used to reply and say my claim is being processed and now she is not even responding to my emails. My insurance has many middle mans for my liking and this is delaying everything. I have to go through Indwe, then Orica before I reach my actual insurance company, Zurich. I need to change insurance company now.
