When I phoned A&G yesterday, I was ready to cancel my policy and just look for other insurance. I sent out an email on the 13 January to change a few things on my policy. To date nobody phoned me back. This was important changes. A 2nd email was sent on the 20 January and still no response. this really made me wonder about the companies integrity and if they will honour any of my claims. When I spoke to Kelly yesterday I was very rude and did not want to hear any apologies. I just gave it to the poor girl. She was so calm did not get defensive or upset. She spoke to me like I was special. Kelly went out of her way to please me. What impressed me the most was that while I was renting and raving she listened. It was not necessary for me to repeat myself. She done all and even phone me back to confirm certain details. Thank you Kelly. Keep up the good work?
