Excellent response

After a reporting a complaint a few days ago i was very please to see that Kelly responded on Hello Peter and tried to contact me urgently. i was contacted by the recruitment manager who was very sincere and honest with me and assured me that she would personally see that a change is made so that myself or other may not experience the same poor service i had received prior to her contacting me. As well as handling my CV personally, she also offered to assist my friend who had the same experience as me which i found was a very nice gesture and went above and beyond what is expected of her. I feel that if Kelly employed more people like Lindie Strydom they would only receive postive reviews in future. it is unfortunate that it took a complaint to receive feedback from the Kelly Group but i feel that Lindie Strydom was very sincere and will personally see that changes are made and i would love to work with Kelly going forward because of peoplpe like Lindie.
