Beeld collects money without delivery

I phoned Beeld in May 2013 to arrange delivery of Beeld at my doorstep. The 1st month was for free and the 1st debitorder should go off on 05/07/2013. I never heard anything from Beeld since then again and also no delivery. Because of the silence and no delivery, I thought that the transaction was not successfull and forgot about it.

On 05/07/2013 Beeld deducted R169.63 from my account and because there was not enough funds in the bank, Standardbank honoured the payment (maybe Im a good client with them) with an additional fee of R130.00. On 05/08/2013 and 05/09/2013 Beeld deducted R165.73 each month. Beeld only started to deliver on 09/08/2013.

Beeld owes me R465.36 (R169.63 R130.00 R165.73).

On 25/7 I talked to Kelly saying I must fax the statement to 0862168551. On 31/7 I talked to Beverley - she will investigate. On 2/8 I talked to Ruby and later the same day I talked to Kelly again. Her excuse is that she did not received the fax. Re fax to 0862168115. On 7/8 I talked to Luciel and will give the message to Kelly. Same with Beverley on 17/9 that Kelly will come back to me. Kelly does not come back to me.

Bottomline Beeld owes me money for not deliver Beeld.
