Copy of an Employee Leasing Contract

My name is Nosisa Mabengwana, I used to work at Absa as a Insurance Sales Consultant through Kelly. In 2009 we were made permanent by Kelly. Firstly our payslips never read "sales consultant' under occupation, they read "Miscellaneous", when we queried this they said their data base didn't have this category. The other thing that was wrong with the payslip is that it never stipulated that I was earning both basic and commission, so when I tried to submit my tax returns for 2010 SARS told me that I need to get Kelly to rectify the mistake. I spoke to Bernice who referred me Hannes at the Head office, who said he only needs a copy of the contract that I signed, showing that I was on both basic and comm or a letter. I spoke to Bernice who referred me to Byron, who sent me to Zanele who was my accounts exec, who sent me to Liziwe Namba at the Westrand Branch who told me she couldn't help. So my accountant wants to submit for 2010 but she can't because nobody is willing to assist me... Please help me here, I've tried speaking to these people from 2010 till today nothing.
