What a pity SAA is not registered with HelloPete

Hi There

I would just like to thank Ms Kelly Petersen for going the extra mile, and helping me out at the airport, recently!

Due to an Airports Company ruling, I am told, i was forced to board a flight with some else's luggage - i.e. we swapped bags. In the rush I ended up with two valuable pocket knives in my carry-on luggage, which security asked me to leave behind, or throw away!!! (Yes, throw away knives worth -R1200.00!!)

Since i was too late to put the knives in my already checked baggage I faced a huge problem!! Throw them away, or miss my flight!

Thankfully, this is where Kelly stepped in and very kindly offered to lock them away in her safe, until my return to Jhb 10 days later!

I was VERY IMPRESSED with Kelly and how she helped me out of a very difficult situation. This was no doubt a small thing for Kelly to do, but is what a HUGE help to me!

Thank you Kelly for going out of your way to help me!!
