Saved the Day!

I am so impressed with Blue Bean's recently launched lifestyle benefits which are free to clients who have a Blue Bean credit card. I came home last night to discover a burst pipe in my bathroom and water everywhere. As it was after hours I couldn't contact my normal insurance provider and decided to use one of my 2 free callouts. They took my details, confirmed my emergency and agreed that my cover allowed for a call-out, 1 hour's labour and parts - all to the value of R1000. A very friendly and efficient plumber arrived about an hour later and did an exemplary job repairing the pipe and reconnecting our water. Reinette went to the trouble of calling me back about half an hour later to check that I had been contacted by the plumbing service and to confirm that everything was under control.By 9pm the whole job was complete and my sanity (and faith) restored. Thank you to Reinette and the Blue Bean call centre for going the extra mile.
