Standard bank consolidation loan's bad service

I have applied for consolidation loan 5 months ago and its still pending. when you call them they say everything is under control and the manager will contact you soon. but they never do. it helps to sink people further in debts. Thus this is such bad service, you will wait for service which can take a week for 4 months. Why is it that when you apply for a car, home loan and others it only take less than 2 days to get a feedback but their service will take 4 months. I am still waiting until now.
