PPS claim delay

On 4th December 2013 there was an attempted of my vehicle. I had to wait for 3 hours, in the dark in an unsafe area for the tow truck to arrive due to call centre blunders. It is now a month and a half later and I am still without my car. The 30 day car hire on my policy is up. All that needs to be repaired is the ignition and front door lock replaced. PPS has been shocking, blaming everyone else. The constant apologies mean nothing as they are cheap and don't mean a thing. As a sign of good faith PPS should reduce or waive my excess. There is no reason to go with "Insurance for Professionals" as your service is anything but professional. PPS, how are you going to remedy this situation?
