Charged Two and three times for same work

I own several vehicles in my business and more than one my vehicle has gone to All car electric for electrical repairs. Three times we had the exact same trouble within a month after it was repaired and EVERYTIME they charge us again.
The last time a month ago they replaced an ignition on one of my Corsa bakkies, only to have it fail on us within a month. They claim it was damaged by the driver, however the ignition was installed wrongly by them which caused the failure. They replaced the ignition but charged again, and when I refused to pay the would not release the vehicle holding me ransomed to pay.
I discussed it with the owner FAGRIE who put the phone down in my ear. This kind of thing happened repeatedly and EVERYTIME they claim the fault is unrelated to their repairs, however the symptoms is exactly the same.
They are a total rip off and their tactics borders on blatant.
