Blood suckers, stay away from them!!!

Please stay away from his company. They are nice on the phone until you have to claim. They tried to get me to pay more excess because of incorrect tracker, yet the tracker was fitted by them, apparently they try that line with many customers but I refused to pay it. Now they don't want to give me my full excess back because they say 3rd part only paid 70%, reason being I could have avoided the accident and there was no way of avoiding the accident, during the negotiations the recovery team never asked me if this was possible, they just accepted the 70%. Watch out for this insurance they are blood suckers always trying to looks for opportunities to more money from their own customers.
When you have a claim in place they never let you know of anything, until your phone them yourself or email them, always giving you stories about 3rd party manager being on meeting. This is a claim of Aug 2013, we are now in 2014

Look for a reputable and well known insurance, they are conscious about their reputation not this blood sucker.
