I registered my claim on 31/10/2013 and have had no feed back. Claim no. 13-075044.
It is now over a month later and they have done nothing about my claim.
It is not the first time as I registered a claim in Feb 2013 and I landed up paying for everything.
The claim was just never serviced and it looks like this one is going the same way.
