Slow service

I have been coming to open a new bank acc. each time i come i never finish as i have to rush to work because one has to wait atleast an hour to be assisted by one banker. it os really frustrating as other consultants are always available and doing nothing/meaning theres no one at their stations yet we have to wait hours for one consultant. its ridiculous!!!
