Ridiculous!!! Penalised for being a GOOD payer!!!

This is absolutely incredible - surely only in South Africa that you actually get penalised and harassed for being a GOOD payer!

I always pay my account on-time, and ALWAYS pay almost double the amount which is due.
However, seeing that I got salary early in December, I then ensured that all payments were also done then.
Now, I am getting SMS'es and automated phone calls telling me that I am in arrears and that my account has been handed over to collections!
I am stunned and so extremely disappointed in the treatment I have received.
Even got attitude from the call centre agent telling me I am a month in arrears even though I tried to explain that she must take a look at my payment history and then she will see that I was actually ahead on payments.

Who would have thought that its BAD to be a GOOD payer.
