My experience with MiWay has been VERY PATHETIC. Had an accident in december I complied with whatthey required of me but they didn't come to the party. Not once did I ever receive a call from miway, I was calling every second day. When my car was written off I had to call to find out I phoned them this was the 18th Dec but the car was written off on the 13th but i got no call. To pay off the car and settle the claim took them almost a month and this is after I fought with the consultants and insisted on speaking to the manager. Funny enough they still continued to deduct a premuim on a car that was written off. Not once in the 5 years I was insured with them did I ever miss a premium or give the stories. They promised to refund me which never happened and now I call to enquire about that and find out that an instruction has been sent to the bank to deduct an insurance premium on a car that was written off. Such service is DISGUSTING to say the least and should be highlighted. I have never received such service and don't expect such.
