Pathetic service for ITC removal

When it comes to collecting money Flemix is an the ball. but when you as a customer pays for them to remove your name from ITC... they are pathetic. In Sept 2013 I paid for this service and was told it would take 8 weeks. Its been 4 months and I get the same response... AWAITING CLIENT SIGNATURE. I want my name cleared ASAP... Below is the detail
16/01/2014 - Still nothing new. Was transferred to Ashley who hasn't follwed up as yet
18/12/2013 - To follow up with Emily. Still awaiting for signatures from SA Multi Loan
09/12/2013 - David said they still waiting for consent letter from client.
02/12/2013 - In the process of getting an attorney to represent me in court. He will send a request that they contact me and explain the process
25/11/2013 - Still waiting for consent letter. Must phone back on Wednesday.
08/11/2013 - Documents signed by client. Waiting for court date
29/10/2013 - Awaiting consent letter from client
17/10/2013 - Documents sent for signatures to client. Then process will continue
07/10/2013 - Process to start. Will take 8 weeks
27/09/2013 - Payment for resindment from ITC R498.00
20/09/2013 - Paid up letter received
16/09/2013 - Made final payment of R359.78
