I cant event get through on their contact numbe

My debt with them was paid up mid 2012, I've never received a paid up letter which makes it difficult for other creditors to believe that I've paid up this debt. I even went as far as paying a fee to them to have this judgement annulled at the end of January 2013, to this day, no one has responded to my emails. On 13 & 14 May 2013, I called & on both occasions was told that they're investigating why Carla MInnie whom I sent my proof of payment to, never actioned my request or responded to any of my emails & that Morgan (Supervisor) will contact me on Wednesday (15 May) morning. to my luck, no one bothered to contact me or tell me whats happening. So far today, Friday, 17 May, I've been on hold for over 50 minutes waiting for someone to just pick up my call. I have incurred so much costs just trying to understand whats happening and in the process, I'm loosing my bond applications because I have nothing to show that I've paid upt this debt. I'm in tears as I'm writing this letter, I don't know what more to do, instead on Monday & Tuesday when I called their rude legal secretaries only cared to tell me about waiting period for a mere paid up letter instead of rectifying their mess
