I have been a client of Regent for almost a year now. I have reported hail damage in November on the 28th. It was a hassle to get someone to assist me on the claim, I called numerous times, there was no cooperation but yet my debits would go off as normal. Each time I called I would be promised that things were going to change but I understood since it was many of us with a similar problem and it was towards the festive season. I gave up and only got the call from the people who will be fixing the car in January that the car will only be fixed month end February. I did not complain. Then I had an incident were three of my tyres busted (potholes) in December on a gravel road, I called and Bessy requested that I send proof of payment but since I lost the other receipt the garage stamped on the invoice that its paid. Ever since I sent that email I have been trying to contact this Bessy person, I have been told that I cannot contact her directly, when I leave a message with someone after being promised that she will call back, that does not happen so my request is to say to Regent, please stop with your bad service. What am I paying for?
