Money from my savings account

On Friday the 17thMay 2013 at about 06:15 I went to withdraw money at Capitec bank ATM. There was one person before me who did a withdrawal and left. I inserted my card and entered my pin code and it did not show further steps to do. I tried to cancel the transaction but the card did not come out. I tried twice but nothing happened. Suddenly my phone reported a withdrawal of R1100 from my account but in another Capitec ATM. I then called the number on the ATM to stop the card and I did not shift an inch from that ATM until the manager arrived around 07:00.She found me there at the ATM.
The bank's head office said they will investigate the matter but the employees told me that normally the bank does not pay especially if the card is not with the client. My card is not with me because it was swallowed by the ATM and the worse part is that the ATM does not have cameras when I insisted that they show the transaction on camera. They insist that someone was helping me and that person took my card because they cannot find it inside the ATM.

Help me to get my money back.
