Card swallowed - money lost

Hi, on 26 July at 7.15 my domestic worker withdrew cash from the ATM in Nomzamo in Strand, Western Cape. Her card was swallowed and she immediately put her stop card in - she has the slip to prove that her card was cancelled. She went directly from the ATM to the Standard Bank in Somerset West to report the incident - ref number 3324801. Her bank statement shows that the cash was deducted from her account. They told her she would get feedback within 3 working days. She has had numerous interactions with Standard Bank since then, all but one she had to contact the bank. It is now almost 2 months later and she still has had no refund. This is really disgraceful. Her cousin's card was swallowed at an FNB ATM and she got her refund within 1 week! Please resolve this ASAP.
