On the morning of 11 Jan 2014 I went into the branch mentioned to open two savings acc for my children to be linked to my profile as I already have an acc with Nedbank. Branch manager told me that no consultants were on the floor and that he will take all my info and have the consultant work on it first thing the Monday morning.
The following Thursday I went into the branch again to enquire about the status of the acc, upon which the manager responded that they had a bug in the system and couldn't sort it out. However, they will try and resolve the issue before the weekend and call me.

Weekend has past without any feedback from Nedbank.

This morning I called the other branch in Vredenburg to see if they can help me. They took all my detail and said that they would get back to me, however, as previously I'm still waiting!
Can it be that difficult to open 2 savings acc if all of the FICA docs were submitted?
Poor service!

On the back of this Nedbank will have to give me good reason why I shouldn't close my current acc with them.
