Dont Trust the Standard bank

Our account has been recently Frozen as we do not earn what was said in the application!!!
When i receive the application forms i find out that i did not sign the agreement and yet i am being held liable for this??

The agreement has false information Information that was not provided by us but and i suspect Rather by a person trying to earn commission off of the account of to reach his targets for the month.

nearly 40 days in to this issue and we still cannot access our account but Standard bank can Debit the account and add interest?
This issue has been raised to Standard bank but they are unable to move forward.

Has no one got any ethics with in this company?
