Bad customer service and refund request

Hi there,

I contacted the African Bank offices (and relevant department) on Monday to request a refund on deductions that were made on my account. I had to deal with a very rude consultant, who upon my request of escalating the matter upwards dropped the phone on me, and of course had me believe that we were 'disconnected'. Unfortunately, when i called back i had to deal with someone different- who by the way gave me different information to what the previous guy was telling me!

I am under debt review (Pay Plan Solutions), and African Bank finally accepted "in good faith" to comply with my debt review process after days and days of ignoring my debt counsellor. On 31st October Power of attorney was submitted for my debt counsellor to stop all debit orders; however, today my debt counsellor informs me that Aafrican Bank has decided to cancel all power of attorney's from debt counsellors this past Wednesday!

It is extremely unfair that African Bank has continued to debit my account when the i am protected from such being under debt review. My account with African Bank has been frozen having gone through this process.

I need this money to refunded to me ASAP!
