The service from Peter was excellent.
When I originally sent the e-mail I did not receive a response to my e-mail. I then called in to the offices and for some odd reason it was put through to Johannesburg. The gentleman I spoke to there told me that the company policy was that the would respond within two hours, which they didn't do. I then had to phone again and this time I got through to Cape Town and a lady helped me sort that out.
