Deletes mail without reading it!

I knew there was a reason I didn't like Telesure. Not because I have heard stories of the many reasons they find not to pay claims alone, but because I forward and email on behalf of a client who was in an accident with a person who is ensured via one of their many branches because everytime he phones to find out when they will pay out for his car he gets the "oh we didn't get your documents" response. So I said it's fine I will email them and request a read receipt. I do so. The receipt returns "your mail has been deleted without being opened".

My dear Sir waiting for money to fix the damages to your car that another person caused - please be advised that Telesure is not interested in helping you. You may now continue with a civil suite against this person and he can phone his insurer and ask them why he pays them every month if he doesn't get the help he needs when he needs it.
