I have become a member with essential med 3 months ago and I have not received any card / welcome pack. I have no info regarding the packing I am on and I am finding it very upsetting that none has made any effort to contact me back after I have left several messages.
I would also like to know how is it possible for you to have an emergency number but when called it goes to voice mail how does one get assistance over a weekend or after hours when there is no one to answer the phone. This matter need to be address as I've experienced really bad service this far. Your office hours are from 8-5 but when one calls the voice mail on the machine is still active 30 min after.
Also the assistance given over the phone when a GP ask question was so poor that one of the consultants could not even direct to which hospital i could be take and was said ambulance would know. Ambulance arrive and they have no clue as to where i should go. Due to also not have all the info i was told after that im on a waiting period for hospitalization meaning i am going to sit with a massive bill due to lack of communication.
I'm not happy with how things are laid out, this is good for an insurance
