They they cheapest cause they are the worste

Last week i submitted a claim for a damaged laptop. it was collected and the next day i got told that it would have to be replaced. 4 days have now passed and no one from this so called insurance company has the decency to call me back to let me know what is happening. i called yesterday to be told the person that is handling my claim is not in and there's nothing they can do, but they will see and call me back. no one phoned i then called them and held on for over 30 minutes listening to this they play on how great they are cause they the cheapest " sure cheapest rate and service" then to my delight i got cut off. phoned this morning again 30 minutes later to be told they will call me back. again nothing then i phone and speak to this person with no manners and a you attitude. not interested in helping just give you attitude cause you bothering me now. what that saying " you pay peanuts you get monkeys" and here i am still waiting to find out what the is happening with my claim. quick to take premiums but not quick to sort out issues when u have them i will tell everyone i know not to use KING PRICE they are useless and have a bad attitude
