I've placed a claim with C Surance on Monday the 03rd of Feb followed up the next morning they said they did'nt get it, after checking from which email i sent if from they found it and someone promised to process the claim on my phone. Wednesday i called again doing a follow went through the same story as a day before no one could find my claim eventually they saw it from the email i sent it from and they promised to process the claim. Thursday i went through the same thing over again up until now i still don't have any feedback or report on my claim! Ridiculous service unhelpfull no one giving feedback they just let you be and you would think because its an insurance provider for a cell phone company they would realise the urgency i mean who can operate without a phone in this day in age for a week!! Poor service really Cell C should be sourcing another insurance provider this is pathatic service i still dont have a phone and i'm entering the second week after submitting my claim!! This is uncalled for and defenitly this is not what i signed up for, if this is how hey deal with claims i promise you i'm not going through this nightmare again!!
