Car sold with wrong mileage

I purchased a Golf 5 GTI 2007 model and traded my BMW320i on the 26.01.2013.The vehicle odometer showed 138000km. The owner Dion said he would organise a biscuit spear wheel which till date I am still waiting. The front spot light they were suppose to sort out but never did. After the purchase of sale was done we drove to Volkswagen at Cresta to get a vehicle history checked. The mileage stated 193123km -we then drove home only to break down just before my property. We then called the manager Dion that we need to bring the car back as it can not start. On Tuesday afternoon we were told that it was the battery. We went to pick up the vehicle and confronted Dion and Carl about the Odometer reading 193123km, They were stunned and shocked and said they no nothing about it as they bought the vehicle from a auction I asked them to give me the number of the auction where they purchased vehicle from to take it up as it was a bank owned car and told them this is to have the wrong mileage displayed but they said they can't remember which auction they bought it from. The car details were sold with wrong information as the engine number did not correspond with VW vehicle history details. POOR SE
