No Service Rendered

I have informed my Lawyer and clearly no service was received or rendered at all, did not even go through the loan process now I get mails for R399 Taking instructions R114.00 letter of Demand R36.48 I have referred it to my lawyer who will address it and willing to pay her legal fees instead. Is there companies exploiting people like this in this day and age.
