Double debit orde

My cheque account was debit ordered twice in december the 1 st one was the 19 th and the second one the 30 th, the first debit order was succesfull while the second one was not resulting in my account charging my R 230, I want this money deducted of my african bank credit card as it was there mistake now i have to pay that amount.
