DIRECT DEBIT VAP INS

Every month my account is debited with R113 and the reference only states VAP INS. No one has been able to tell me what this is for and I don't remember signing up for anything for the said amount. I did a search and it led me to this site. Apparently a lot of other people are experiencing the same problem with different banks.
