Notwanting to take resposibility for their actions

My wife was involved in an accident with one of the trucks from CR VISSER TRANSPORTATION, the relevent documentation was submitted as request by insurance, the claim was accessed and the companies insurance approved the claim, but Mr Visser the owner refuses to pay the access fee for the claim to be paid out. its been 6 months now since the accident occured. What does this say about the company itself, they do not want to take responsibility for their action even after their own insurance has advised they are in the wrong, so this mean in case of any of their clients goods being damaged they will refuse to pay their insurance to cover the damage for their own clients, they do not have Integrity at all, honesty and fairness, they lack the business athics. how can they be trusted to run a business at all. If they cannot even pay an access for an accident that was caused by one of their own, what guarantees to you have as a client that your goods will be replaced in case of any damages caused onto them. Since this accident for 6 months i could not get hold of Visser half of the time he is not in the office, i wonder if he even knows half of whats going on in that companysee u in court
