Unsetteled Claim/No Respons

Good Day, since my last report to you nothing happened. Every time I call or e-mail King Price its is the same answer. They apologize for the delay and will contact the Finance Dep for proof of payment. The accident was on the 12th of Nov 2013. I put the claim in on the 15th of Nov. King Price removed the car from Carletonville Panel beaters to Randfontein without my permission. King Prize contacted me to tell me the car is been scraped and the claim was approved. On 13 Dec 2013 a courier collect the car keys and Registration papers. The settlement would be finalized after they received the documentation. It is now almost 3 mnths and still nothing! That car was being fully paid, and King Prize even penalized me R1500 for chip marks on the grill of the car although the bonnet was smashed! I feel robbed! The car is gone and I get no response from my insurance!! Please HELP!
