Write off!!

Good day
I was in a car accident on the 01st August 2013. An AOL was even sent to me on 2013/08/14 and I was then told that payments will be done. I kept phoning king price almost every day to find out how far they are with the payment but I was then told that my claim is over 200k (on AOL R195100 less than 200k) so the team leader cannot sign the cheque so a manager needs to so payment can be done to Wesbank. Then patiently I waited but still my balance was still reflecting with Wesbank, I phone again and I was told that KING PRICE payments takes place only after 12 mid night and that I should check again with the bank the following day.
Then to my surprise today when I phone in I was told that my payment will not be done as King Price is still investigating and also busy listening to my phone calls records in order to validate my information before the claim can be approved.
After all King Price do not treat their customers as royalty, all this delay tactics is hoping that they would find something with my policy in order to make them not settle my
