Not refunding me for money deducted

On 23 December I logged a complain with Absa as I went to withdraw money from a ABSA ATM. R2000 was deducted from my account but the ATM never gave me the money.

From the 30th of December I have been promised the money will be refunded by close of business but untill today - the 15th of January I am still waiting.

Everytime I phone I am promised to be phoned back and that also never happens.

I find this terrable - what if that was my only money? what if that was my money for Food and now I had nothing? they dont care...

I have been with them for 10 years and this is the first time something like this happens and now this is the service I get?
