Why is it that Standard Banks Collections department is so Rude. We know that we owe you moneys on our bonds and we are trying our best to make all payments at the end of the month.

Some of Standard Bank collection departments agents has no telephone manners. They are rude and and have no way of speaking to a "Customer".

When you inform them that you know your rights and ask to speak to a supervisor they blatantly refused...

I received a call from a (can't call him a gentlemen) guy named Biotimelo on the 15 Jan 2014 at approx 9h00.

Thanks to Biotimelo I will be moving my account to another institution when I get my next job. I have been banking with you guys for more than 10 years but it doesn't look like it counts for anything.
