Ref: z2z2673, first i am put on hold for an hour, then this rude lady answers, and then she puts me on hold again to speak to her colleague and ask what she was eating and how much the price of that thing was, then she comes back to me, OBLIVIOUS THAT I CAN HEAR THE CONVERSATION VERY CLEAR, and she used a bad tone, i ask her not to be rude, i have been holding forever all i need is just help, then she ignores me, the next thing i hear is an answering machine saying "please hold". this was for another 30 min, until a gentleman tried to apologise on her behalf and helped me, ""WELL THATS IF WHAT I NEEDED WAS DONE"
i want nothing to do with this bank, this is not the first time it happens, your customer service division is a pain, the agents are rude, and unprofessional. i pay to bank with you, i don't deserve the attitude as well. or is that part of the banking package, i pray that my request was done, as after that I'm moving my account elsewhere, even Capitec is way better in service than standard bank, too much for being in the business for 150 years, i am so annoyed right now. # you can listen to this call if you don't believe me, THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO PEOPLE.
