Existing Standard Bank Customer treated badly!!!

I have had a Standard Bank Savings Account for 5 years, (Only Savings Acc.) and in the last 6 months received approx. 50 calls from Standard Bank Legal Department Looking for a Mr. Abrahams that has a handed over Standard Bank Loan account. Now it's getting to the point where they are extremely rude and have a bad attitude towards me, when I try to explain they have the incorrect contact details for this person, I am someone complete different, name etc. Every time they say they will remove my number, they never do. After contacting the Standard Bank Complaints department, to report this bad behaviour, literally in 30min I received another call for someone looking for Mr. Abrahams. Is there hope?? a Light at the end of the tunnel??
I switched my account over to FNB because of the bad attitudes I got from Standard Bank Customer Agents, and this just confirms it all! Hopefully somewhere someone important will read this, and tell Standard Bank employees to look after their existing customers... or they WILL loose them all!!! Today I was shouted at and rudely interrupted, by the agent that phoned, stating that I don't know why she phoned! Fact is I do, I have know for 6 months!!!
