Speaking to a supervisor is a waste of time

When asking for assistance with a banking issue, don't waste your time escalating an unhelpful customer service agent to a supervisor at Standard Bank, as all that happens is you get put on hold for ever and then told it is not their department.

3 times over the last month i have had absolutely no help from anyone at standard banks, the only way they are moving my banking is backwards!!!

Systems at this bank allow accounts that no longer exist to be paid, and the pathetic systems allow it monthly and then when actaully needing help to move forward, No one is willing to help or knows how to fix the problem!

I really know why my personal banking is actually held by FNB, they actually do help!!!
