7 days waiting

Last week wednesday i went to request for my policy money and i was told it will take 7 days its more than 7 days but i havent got any response from anyone and I am not sure if i will get my money before friday cause the last time it took 3 days so i can feel something is wrong totaly dissapointed.please dont tell me to wait another day since its your fault ive given u enoug time.
