I am furious with old mutual, i have been trying to cancell my policy (RA) with you since August this year but to this day i am having endless trouble, each
time i call to do a follow up i am told different stories & believe me this is so frustrating, after my policy had been made paid up in Sept. to write another
cancellation letter for my refund, i did that in October & then again in November because again i was told my docs are missing, i sent the docs i got a ref.
BPM943870, OF WHICH ON THE EMAIL I GOT I WAS TOLD, ASSURED I WILL GET A RESPONSE WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS & MIND YOU THAT WAS
13/11/13 WHEN I RECEIVED THAT EMAIL, ON FRIDAY 08/12/13 I PHONED AGAIN JUST TO MAKE SURE SINCE I DONT TRUST YOU ANYMORE
IT WAS IN THE AFTERNOON JUST AFTER 4PM I SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN WHO SAID SOMEONE IS WORKING ON THIS POLICY & I SHOULD GET MY MONEY 11/12/13, ON MONDAY WHEN I SPOKE TO MILLICENT SHE SAID THE POLICY IS NOT CANCELLED (AGAIN ALL OF A SUDDEN).
I BELIEE ALL YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED, ON THE 24.10.13 I SPOKE TO SIMPHIWE WHO ASSURED ME ALL IS IN ORDER & AGAIN 05.11.13 @11:15 SPOKE TO WASIMA WHO ALSO SAID EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER.I AM NOT PREPARED TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 DAYS FOR MY MONEY!
