A VERY BAD SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!

I went to Brooklyn Standard Bank branch in Pretoria to do a pre-approval finance regarding a vehicle that i need to buy. I got there at about 13:45. I spoke to service consultant lady who took my details, then asked me to take a seat and i was given a form to complete. After completing the form which took me about 10 minutes, i was asked to take a seat and would be assisted.

I stayed on that seat until 15:50 and the service lady asked me to leave the form and they will give me a call the next day. i was so angry that i couldnt even speak to her and walked out. This was a VERY poor service at its best! For almost 2hours, still no service??? im glad that i will be settling my accounts with them and will never go back to any other Standard Bank! For something that can be done online but it just bombs out just after filling all the details? This is not on and i so wish that no other customer experiences such poor service!
