I have been listed by FNB on ITC for a dormant cheque account. How can they blacklist me because i did not have an overdraft. Now they are saying I owe them R671.00 for what?
even a loan does not blacklist a client for no reason. My point is that how can I owe them R671.00 whereas i did not use their services.
I want them to remove that default. when fnb closed the account last year they emailed to me a statement with zero balance.
I curse the day i set my foot at fnb to open a cheque account.
