I applied via the online channel for vehicle finance. After filling out the application form I just received a sms that "well done the application has been approved. Please contact your bank consultant". No telephone number, or any contact details. But besides that, since when do you tell the client they must contact you?? Utterly ridiculous and clearly the message they are sending out there is "scr3w you, we don't need your business and you can come grovel at our feet". I am so disgusted with them it's not even funny. I have been a customer for nearly 13 years but these are the things that makes me take my business somewhere else.
