On Sat 02.11.2013 I went to the bank to withdraw some money. I produced my ID. the teller wanred to query a transaction on my account. He asked me to take a seat and wait for about 10-15 mins. He gave my ID to his supervisor. 10 minutes later the supervisor called to speak to someone on the phone. I was asked to seat for another 5 mins then was called after they have clarified everything. I was then given my money and I left the bank. Only to discover on Monday that I actually was not given back my ID. I called the bank and was told that they don't have my ID. They even asked Shivhan and he said he did not have my ID. I went to the bank personally on Wednesday 06.11.2013 to be told again that they do not have my ID. What should I do now?
