Having had our new boat insured for only a few weeks when disaster struck and it was flipped over and sunk in stormy weather, we were unsure what to do and how our insurance company would react, but were amazed by the friendly, efficient service we received from Zakir Khan at Telesure Group Services who handled the claim on behalf of First for women insurance. They promptly assisted in organizing the boat salvage operation and then were in daily contact with ourselves and the repair company and then after only a few weeks paid the repair costs in full.
