I had a break-in at my house recently and upon calling the Telesure Call Centre, I was assisted by Zakhele Mkhatswa. He was professional in the manner which he handled my claim and showed empathy. I got a sense that everything was going to be resolved without delays. It was the first time that I lodged a claim and was unfamiliar with how the process works and he guided me through everything, took ownership of my query and assured me that it would be resolved speedily.
